Affiliate Portal Guide

This guide will help you to understand the basics of Affih Affiliate portal. With the help of this guide you will be able to:

  • Navigate through the AffiH affiliate portal.
  • Check Available offers
  • Apply for offer
  • Check Reports
  • Update Account Information

After logging in to the AffiH affiliate portal you will find 4 Navigation Menus on the left side of the panel which are:

  • Dashboard
  • Offers
  • Reports
  • Account Info

We will provide brief information about each Menu one by one.

Dashboard:  After logging in you will land to the dashboard which will show Campaign summary and Performance report according to pre-determined date ranges. You will find following terms on the page:

  • Campaign: It represents the offer name for which stats are being showed.
  • Format: It will show the price format for commission sharing. There are mainly 2 formats:
  1. Revenue Sharing: A fixed percentage of sale value will be paid as commission to affiliate.
  2. CPA: Affiliate will get a fixed amount every time a valid sale is made. Commission in this case will not depend on order value.
  • Price: It will show the commission rate at which affiliate will get paid. In case of Revenue share format it will be shown as 5% and in case of CPA format it will be a fixed amount like $10.
  • Clicks: It will show all the clicks made on your affiliate link by visitor.
  • Conversion: Conversion means how many clicks were converted to a valid sale. For Example, if there are 20 clicks and 2 sales, it means there are 2 conversions.
  • Revenue: It shows the amount that you get paid once the sale is verified.
  • Converted Revenue: It shows the revenue after converting it to USD.
  • EPC: It stands for Earn per Click. It shows the estimated amount that you earned per click on your affiliate link. It is calculated as EPC=Revenue/ Clicks.

Offers: This section will show all the offers that are available for you to run. It will also show all active and inactive campaigns. You can also apply to run campaign from this section. You can search for offers by entering offer name in search bar. You can filter offers on the bases of verticals, revenue model, statues of offer whether it is active inactive or pending, country based etc.         Some terms mentioned in this section are defined below:

  • Name: It shows the name of the offer. If the offer is already active for you. Clicking on offer name will show you more information related to the offer.
  • Price Format: It will show the price format for commission sharing. It can be Revshare or CPA.
  • Price Range: It will show the commission rate at which affiliate will get paid. In case of Revenue share format it will be shown as 5% and in case of CPA format it will be a fixed amount like $10.
  • It will show the current status of the offer whether it is active, inactive or pending. This filed can take following values:
  1. Apply to Run: You can apply to run campaign by using this option once you are approved by account manager you can get affiliate link and promote campaign.
  2. Active: If you are approved for the offer it will show Active.
  • Inactive: If you have applied to run the offer and it is rejected by account manager then it will show inactive.
  • Vertical: It shows the category to which the offer relates to. We have 3 verticals Travel, Shopping and other services.

Reports: In this section you can check daily reports for your campaigns. You can check campaign summary and conversion reports here as well. There are various filters that you can apply like start date and end date for the reports. For detailed information about reporting section click here.

Account Info: Affiliate can update all profile information using this section. It enables user to change password, update company information, update payment information, update contact information, choose offer categories, choose price formats etc.
