Our website Affih.com an online marketing platform providing services (the “Services“) to Affiliates and Merchants operated by Affih Network Private Limited, a company headquartered in the Panchkula, Chandigarh in the India (“we,” “us,” “our,” and “Affih“).

Affih Network takes data privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains who we are, how we collect, share, and use Personal Information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

“Affiliate” means a person or company that agrees to promote Services in exchange for a payment.

“Customer” means any person or entity that is registered with us to use the Services. Customers are further delineated as Affiliates and Merchants.

“Merchant” means a person or company that create an offer or campaign through Affih Network and agrees to pay Affiliates for promoting Services.

“Personal Information” means any information that identifies or can be used to identify a Customer, a User, or a Visitor, directly or indirectly. Examples of Personal Information include, but are not limited to, first and last name, email address, occupation, or other demographic information.

“Relationship” means an agreement between an Affiliate and Merchant to promote Services in exchange for a commission.

“Services” means the product(s) or service(s) offered by the Merchant and promoted by the Affiliate.

“Website(s)” means any website(s) we own and operate (such as www.affih.com) or any web pages, interactive features, applications, widgets, blogs, social networks, social network “tabs,” or other online, mobile, or wireless offerings that post a link to this privacy policy.

“User” is any person who engages with our tracking or Websites.

“Visitor” means any person who visits any of our Websites.

“you” and “your” means, depending on the context, either a Customer, a User, or a Visitor.

Affiliate Marketing – this is where Advertisers pay Publishers an advertising fee only if the online users that they refer to Advertiser sites go on to purchase a product, apply for a policy or some other concrete outcome.

Third Party Cookies and Opt outs

Our technology integrates with a number of the third-party solution providers used by the clients (advertisers) we work with in order to measure the effectiveness of their online campaigns. Affih does not share data with these companies although by clicking on our advertisers links their cookies may be placed on users’ devices and provide our advertisers with data to help them measure their advertising campaigns.

Information We Collect and Use

When you submit information to open an account to either offer your digital download product for sale through the Affih services or you open an account to purchase or promote any products that are being offered by Affih, we may collect personal information including without limitation your name, address, email address, and phone number for the purpose of establishing an account with Affih, the collection of billing information for transaction processing, and recording the transactions when you engage in activities on our web site or through the Affih Network services. If and when we use a payment processing merchant, we ensure that the same strict privacy criteria are in place.

When creating an account as an Affiliate or Merchant on our site, if you wish to have payments wired to your bank account, we will ask you to submit Bank Account information to us in order to facilitate these payments. The Bank Account information you submit to us is sensitive information and is therefore protected by us using industry-standard SSL Encryption.

From time to time, and provided that we have your consent, we may also send you electronic mail containing information about product updates, new product offerings and other information that may interest you. At any time, you may opt-out of receiving email from us, either by clicking the Unsubscribe link in the applicable email, or by sending an email with your request to contact@affih.com, and including ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject line.
