Affiliate Reporting Guide

The Reporting section enables you to monitor the performance of your campaigns with various filter. Some of the terms that you will find in this section are explained below:

  • Campaign: It represents the offer name for which stats are being showed.
  • Format: It will show the price format for commission sharing. There are mainly 2 formats:
  1. Revenue Sharing: A fixed percentage of sale value will be paid as commission to affiliate.
  2. CPA: Affiliate will get a fixed amount every time a valid sale is made. Commission in this case will not depend on order value.
  • Price: It will show the commission rate at which affiliate will get paid. In case of Revenue share format it will be shown as 5% and in case of CPA format it will be a fixed amount like $10.
  • Clicks: It will show all the clicks made on your affiliate link by visitor.
  • Conversion: Conversion means how many clicks were converted to a valid sale. For Example, if there are 20 clicks and 2 sales, it means there are 2 conversions.
  • Revenue: It shows the amount that you get paid once the sale is verified.
  • Converted Revenue: It shows the revenue after converting it to USD.
  • EPC: It stands for Earn per Click. It shows the estimated amount that you earned per click on your affiliate link. It is calculated as EPC=Revenue/ Clicks.
  • Impressions: When an affiliate is using banner to promote the campaign then every time the banner is shown to the visitor, it will be counted as an impression.

 

Some of the sub-sections that you will find under reporting section are:

Daily Summary: This section shows the performance of your campaigns on according to date period selected by you. You can customize reports by selecting currencies, offers and campaigns filters from the dropdowns. You will get option to select starting date and ending date and then daily summary will be shown for the selected period.

If you click on the clock symbol just before the date for which the report is shown it will take you to the hourly summary which will show the campaign summary for every hour of the selected date.

Campaign Summary: This section will show the performance report campaign wise for the selected time period. It will show how many clicks, conversions and revenue reported for that campaign in specific time frame.

Conversion Report: A conversion is counted when a user goes through the affiliate link and performs successful action or sale. Conversion report gives detailed information about the successful conversions for selected time frame. Some terms used in conversion reports are:

  • Conversion ID: Unique conversion id generated by the system.
  • Order ID: Unique transaction id generated by the order website on successful completion of order.
  • Date: Date on which the conversion took place.
  • Campaign: Name of the campaign for which the conversion took place.
  • Creative: There my be more than one campaigns running for an offer. Creative is used to differentiate between campaigns.
  • Sub ID: It is used to know the source of the lead i.e sub id is a unique id that is present in the affiliate link in at the end. It helps to know which affiliate link lead up to sale.
  • Price: Amount that will be paid to affiliate.
  • Order Total: Total value of order.
  • Disposition: Shows status of the order, it will show pending till order is approved by merchant.
